Terms of Service
Our intellectual property. We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the “Content”), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”). Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws (and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws) and treaties in the United States and around the world. The Content and Marks are provided in or through the Services “AS IS” for your personal, non-commercial use only.
No Generative AI Training Use. The owner of this website does not consent to the content on this website being used or downloaded by any third parties for the purposes of developing, training or operating artificial intelligence or other machine learning systems (“Artificial Intelligence Purposes”), except as authorized by the owner in writing (including written electronic communication). Absent such consent, users of this website, including any third parties accessing the website through automated systems, are prohibited from using any of the content on the website for Artificial Intelligence Purposes. Users or automated systems that fail to respect these choices will be considered to have breached this Agreement.
Payment Terms. Full payment is required at the time of your reading service request. All payment are processed through the third party site, PayPal. Please note that all payment transfers are done through the third party platform PayPal, so please be familiar with the privacy policy and terms of use for these third party platforms. Illumination of Dreams is not liable for any mishandling by these third party platforms. In the event of third party mishandling, your claim will be with PayPal directly.
Cancellation Policy. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment – simply pull up your original order email and use the link provided in that email to reschedule. Otherwise you will be bound to pay the session price even if you do not show up for your session. All sales are final for e-mail written reading reports, and therefore once confirmed, you will be bound to the terms.
Service Requested is Not Time Sensitive. You understand and acknowledge that the service you have requested is not urgent and that time is not of the essence. If, however, your inquiry is urgent or time-sensitive, then separate, additional, written arrangements need to be made with Illumination of Dreams. If no such documented, written arrangements are made on timing of delivery, then you hereby assure us that your request and needs are not time-sensitive.
Refund Policy for Services. At Illumination of Dreams we value one-to-one personalized care, supported by a spiritual point of view. You are requesting a spirituality-based service tendered from experience, specialized knowledge, and personalized attention. Thus, our services are non-refundable. All service fulfillments are final. Nonetheless, we want to ensure that you glean the most value from your spiritual experience with us, and so if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Disclosure of Limitations. The spirituality-based services of Illumination of Dreams should never be used in place of professional counseling. Your reading cannot predict the future with certainty and cannot offer legal, medical, business, or financial advice nor does any portion of your reading from Illumination of Dreams purport to do so. You should not rely on any such spirituality-based service to make any decision that would affect your legal, financial, or medical condition. If your inquiry involves the law, finance, or medicine, then you should seek the advice of a licensed or qualified legal, financial, or medical professional. Also, spirituality-based services by Illumination of Dreams cannot replace qualified mental health care. A reading can only facilitate how you cope spiritually with a given situation.
Video Reading Recordings. Illumination of Dreams may, at your option, provide video conference consultations or sessions through third party platforms or hosts, such as Zoom, Skype or Google Hangout. These video sessions may from time to time be recorded. If a video session is recorded, you will be put on notice in advance of the recording. You are entitled to a copy of the video recording, though charges may apply. Before consenting to a video session, please go over any questions or concerns you may have with Illumination of Dreams. By commencing a video session, you are consenting to the terms herein. Likewise, please be advised that you are not permitted to record video sessions without express, written permission from Illumination of Dreams. If you would like to record your video session, then please ask before doing so.
Confidentiality. Illumination of Dreams exercises reasonable diligence in maintaining the confidentiality of your sessions and we will not voluntarily, knowingly, intentionally, or willfully disclose your identity or the contents of your sessions with us to third parties. However, if Illumination of Dreams genuinely believes disclosure is required to: (1) prevent imminent harm or risk of harm to yourself or to another, (2) meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or (3) protect or defend Illumination of Dreams against claims or threats of claims, then Illumination of Dreams reserves the right to do so to the extent reasonably necessary. Please keep in mind that no legally recognized privilege exists between a spiritual professional and client the way a privilege might exist between an attorney and client, doctor and patient, husband and wife, or priest and penitent.
Fortune Telling Laws. Pursuant to applicable laws of certain jurisdictions, a person can be guilty of fortune telling, still outlawed in certain places, when for a fee or compensation, that person claims or pretends to tell fortunes, or holds him or herself out as being able, by claimed or pretended use of occult powers, to answer questions or give advice on personal matters or to exorcise, influence, or affect evil spirits or curses, unless otherwise done so explicitly for entertainment purposes only. Any and all services provided by Illumination of Dreams neither claims nor pretends to tell fortunes and neither claims nor pretends to use occult powers in ways that would run against such laws.
For Entertainment Purposes Only. In certain jurisdictions, the spirituality-based services provided by Illumination of Dreams would require a clear disclaimer that such services are for entertainment purposes only. Thus, if such a law applies to any sessions between us, then you are hereby on notice that our session is and can only be for entertainment purposes only. Nonetheless, please note that per the faith and personal spiritual practices of Illumination of Dreams, all sessions will comply strictly to the morals and codes outlined by that faith and spiritual practice. In other words, we take our moral obligation to you seriously. Irrespective of the law, we treat our spiritual connection with you with reverence, faith, and integrity.
Reservation of Right. From time to time, as would be ordinary for any business, Illumination of Dreams may modify the Terms of Service and we reserve the right to do so at our discretion accordingly. The terms your service with us will be bound by will be the terms applicable at the time your service was rendered.
